UPSIDECAR WRAPS

LAUNCH TEST / VERSION 03 OCTOBER 2026

Clear from the start.

Project expectations

This site currently accepts free suitability inquiries. It does not collect payments, reserve crews, confirm appointments or promise installation capacity. Design pricing, deliverables, credits, cancellation and refund terms will be supplied before any paid agreement.

The planned design process includes one creative direction and five consolidated revision rounds. Changed scope or vehicle is reviewed separately. Studio corrections do not consume a round. Concepts are visual previews, not engineering templates or production-ready files.

All supplied gallery images are concept visualizations. Actual color, gloss and metallic appearance require physical sample approval. Final artwork, vehicle measurement, paint condition, material selection and installation remain subject to human review.

Mobile installation

Customer garages must be clean, dry, enclosed and approved by the installer. We review clearance, lighting, stable temperature, safe power, property permission and sheltered storage. An open driveway does not qualify for a full wrap. Valet pickup or arranged professional flatbed transport to the studio and return can be requested instead. Coverage, pricing, route, access and availability require team review.

Requested dates are provisional in America/Denver. Full wraps may need several consecutive days and a sheltered post-installation hold. The team confirms design, vehicle, materials, workspace and crew before sending an appointment confirmation.

Your information & images

We store your signed-in account identifier and email, name, vehicle and workspace brief, date preferences, consent, private images and project messages so the studio can review and manage your inquiry. Your project is accessible to your signed-in account and the authorized studio owner and approved staff. It is not part of the public gallery.

Do not upload faces, license plates, personal documents or unrelated identifying details. The upload interface prepares new resized image copies without photo-location metadata. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG and WebP; documents are not accepted in this test. Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Sharing project artwork publicly requires a separate permission.

Customer account identity is handled through Clerk. Owner admin access is protected through Cloudflare Access. Project information is stored with the hosting platform’s database and object storage. Contact the studio within your project conversation to request a copy or deletion of your records. Marketing consent is optional and separate; no marketing or automated email is sent by this test.

Assistant & decisions

The current guide uses structured choices to help you write a brief. Live OpenAI analysis, concept generation and optional speech are connected where a server key is configured. The studio makes final design, production, quote and appointment decisions. Artwork acceptance records your selected proof; it does not approve production fit or confirm installation.

No final service contract is offered in this launch test. Review the written scope, approved samples, payment and cancellation terms, exact warranties and aftercare before committing to paid work.

AI concept previews

Vehicle analysis sends the make/model and design/workspace notes to OpenAI; name, email and street-address fields are excluded. Keep private information out of notes. A concept-preview request separately asks permission to share your brief and selected vehicle photo with OpenAI. Generated previews stay private in your project. They are illustrative, may contain errors, and are not print-ready artwork, installed work or approved production proofs. The studio reviews render requests in this launch test. Render fees and credits toward a wrap require a written proposal; no payment is collected here.

AI & voice assistance

When you ask Upside, your conversation is sent to OpenAI to produce a reply. Microphone input requires your choice and browser permission. Audio is transcribed by OpenAI, then discarded by this site; review the text before sending it. Spoken replies are generated with an AI voice. Chat stays in your current tab unless you select the option to share and save future messages and AI replies privately with your studio team. Notes are saved to your project when you choose to add them and submit your brief. Do not put payment information, personal documents or exact addresses in AI chat. Installation addresses entered in the private brief are available to your studio team.

The assistant explains options and gathers requirements. It does not approve designs, issue binding quotes, take payments, certify a workspace or book appointments. A person reviews those steps. You can use the brief and studio conversation without voice.

Design packages & payment

Planned packages are Essential Concept $299, Signature Concept $449 and Collector Concept $599. Each covers one vehicle, one creative direction, a six-view concept sheet and five consolidated revision rounds. The amount paid is credited once toward a subsequent Upside wrap installation purchase. Exact deliverables, scope, eligibility, tax, credit, cancellation and refund terms must be provided before checkout. Stripe is currently a disabled placeholder. Selecting a package is not payment, and customer rendering requires server-verified payment before it unlocks. OpenAI generation has a cost and revisions are not unlimited.

Email choices

Signing in does not subscribe you to promotions. Your email preferences contain a separate optional studio news and promotions choice. We store that choice, its wording version and the date you saved or withdrew it. Project contact consent is recorded separately with your submitted brief. Promotional sending requires an enabled email service; saving permission does not send a campaign.

Account activity & optional measurement

Authenticated account activity records your account identifier, email, display name, first observed visit and latest authenticated activity for customer service. It is not a complete identity-provider login history. Authorized staff have access to studio projects; only the owner manages team access. Access changes are recorded in a studio audit log.

Optional first-party measurement is off until you allow it. It records a random per-tab session identifier, page path, referring site hostname, device category, selected navigation clicks and approximate city, region and country supplied by Cloudflare. Locations are network estimates, not GPS, and can reflect VPNs or mobile carriers. We do not store IP addresses, full referring URLs, names, addresses, design text or recordings in analytics. You can change this choice using Privacy choices. Reporting uses the past 30 days, measures consenting sessions rather than unique people, and can include bots or internal testing.

Contextual concierge & sign-in

Navigation and marked design controls can open the concierge with the section you selected. Public section names and selected design choices may be sent to OpenAI for a greeting. Chat uses AI and is identified as such. You control microphone permission, optional automatic spoken replies and whether future chat messages are saved for your studio. Conversations can remain in your tab between pages; sign-out clears that local chat. Approved notes can be sent to your chosen private project, creating a waiting-for-team-review record.

The public site is available without sign-in. Saving customer projects requires Clerk sign-in. Email sign-in is configured; Google, Apple and phone options require production provider verification. Before sign-in, assistant abuse limits may use a short-lived keyed hash of the connection address; the raw address is not stored by this application. Public AI shares the launch spending cap.
